Terms of Use

1. Agreement Between You and Sree Kaleswari Travels. The following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") apply to all visitors to or users of this Web site. By accessing this Web site, the user acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. In the case of any violation of these Terms and Conditions, Sree Kaleswari Travels. and its subsidiaries, (collectively, "Sree Kaleswari Travels"), reserve the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such violations.

2. General Use Provisions; and Copyright. All materials provided on this Web site, including but not limited to all text, logos, designs, graphics, images, sounds, information, software, documents, products and services (collectively, the "Materials"), and the selection, arrangement and display thereof, are the copyrighted works of Sree Kaleswari Travels and/or its vendors or suppliers. All Materials herein and all Sree Kaleswari Travels software are proprietary to Sree Kaleswari Travels and protected by worldwide copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except as stated herein, none of the Materials may be modified, copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, sold, compiled, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or other means, without the prior express written permission of Sree Kaleswari Travels.

3. Boarding of Passengers. Passengers shall report at the boarding point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Passengers who do not report on time will be termed as “NO-SHOW” passenger and will be denied boarding and not entitled for any refund of the ticket amount. Sree Kaleswari Travels reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers who are under the influence of alcohol or owing to any misconduct of behavior/critically ill/stretcher borne which may not be deemed safe for travel.

4. Photo Identification. Passenger shall present valid e-Ticket along with a valid photo identity card of at least one of the passengers of the group issued by one the government authority other wise they will be denied boarding and not entitled for refund.

5. Baggage. We will carry your luggage on and subject to these General Conditions of Sree Kaleswari Travels., and any applicable special conditions 20 kg per item and one small piece of hand luggage. In this context, hand means something that is capable of fitting on an overhead luggage rack or under seats. We shall have no objection to carry luggage in excess of the permitted amount. If we agree to carry any particular luggage on any journey this does not mean that we have agreed to carry that luggage on any subsequent journey you make. Fragile items such electrical goods portable televisions and radio will only be carried if they are reasonable size and securely fastened. Drivers will load your luggage on or off coaches except where in the reasonable opinion of the driver, your luggage exceeds the recommended weight, whereby you will be responsible for making arrangements for the lifting of your luggage, on or off the coach. However the company is not at all responsible for the missing / lost luggage. The passenger has to carry the baggages at their own risk & responsibility.We shall be entitled to inspect all of your luggage, for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the above requirements. We shall not be obliged to carry you or your luggage and shall be entitled to remove you from the vehicle if you refuse to submit for a search.

6. Cancellation/Refunds. For ticket cancelled before 5 hours prior to the schedule time of departure 3% shall be deducted on the fare, 1 hours prior to departure 50% shall be deducted on the fare, and for cancellation done with in 1 hour no refund shall be given. No refund will be given to “NO-SHOW” passenger who do not report at the boarding point on time.

7. Delay and Cancellation of Service. Sree Kaleswari Travels may delay a bus without any prior notice in case of circumstances beyond its control. In such circumstances Sree Kaleswari Travels delays a bus more than 2 hours. Sree Kaleswari Travels may reschedule the journey on the next Sree Kaleswari Travels service in the same sector subject to availability without any extra charge based on the passenger’s conveyance or enable the full refund of the ticket as paid by the passengers. The passenger will have to cancel or reschedule the ticket before the departure of the delayed service else the ticket will become a “NO-SHOW” and will not be entitled to any refund or reschedule. Sree Kaleswari Travels is not responsible for the delays caused enroute due to unavoidable circumstances like traffic jams etc. Sree Kaleswari Travels may cancel a service without any prior notice in case of circumstances beyond its control. In such circumstances Sree Kaleswari Travels shall either reschedule the journey for travel on the next Sree Kaleswari Travels service in the same sector, Subject to availability without any extra charge based on the passenger’s conveyance or enable a full refund of the ticket as paid by the passenger and shall be under no further liability to the passenger. The passenger will be required to collect the refund from the point of purchase.

8. General Disclaimer. Although Sree Kaleswari Travels has attempted to provide accurate information on the Web site, Sree Kaleswari Travels assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information (including fares displayed). All information provided on this Web site is provided "as is" with all faults without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Sree Kaleswari Travels hereby disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement or arising from a course of dealing, usage or trade practice, except to the extent such disclaimers are held to be legally invalid.

9. Limitation on Liability. Neither Sree Kaleswari Travels nor any of its directors, employees, agents, vendors or suppliers will be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, consequential or incidental damages including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, costs of replacement goods, loss or damage to data arising out of the use or inability to use this Web site or any Sree Kaleswari Travels product, or damages from the use of or reliance on the information present on this Web site, even if Sree Kaleswari Travels has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Sree Kaleswari Travels (and/or its suppliers) reserves the right in its sole discretion to improve, modify or remove any information or content appearing on the Web site. 11. Modification of These Terms of Use. Sree Kaleswari Travels reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this Web site is offered at any time. Modification of this contract will be deemed effective upon publication on the Web site with respect to any actions, communications or transactions occurring after said date. It is your responsibility to check terms and conditions of this Agreement at the time of each use.

12. Severability. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

13. General. This agreement is governed by the laws of the India, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Andhra Pradesh, India, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Web site. Use of this Web site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
